O.K. All you teeters out there!

The highly anticipated badges will soon be released, but we want even more!
So, how about a Badge Brainstorming Badgelicious Contest!
The Contest begins now and runs through August 15th.

It’s really pretty simple: Create a Badge giving it a unique name and a description of its functionality.
For example how a submission should look like:
1) name = auto roll badge, function = it will let you to participate in roll even if you are offline as it will roll for you.
2) name = auto roll badge, function = it will let you to participate in roll even if you are offline as it will roll for you.
3) name = auto roll badge, function = it will let you to participate in roll even if you are offline as it will roll for you.

There will be no poll on this one, as Teet alone will decide who has created the badges that best enhance a player’s experience (and chances at winning!) on Teet.net.

The winning badge designer(s) of this Contest will be awarded a 30 day subscription for their winning badge idea and will also receive bonus points. Winning badges will be available for purchase by everyone the same day that the winner’s receive the use of their winning idea.

Each Teeter can submit 3 ideas, provided they are all contained in 1 post. All submissions are to be done as a comment added to the Blog entry pertaining to this Contest. So get those creative juices flowing and come up with something to really wow us. Good luck!

Beginning August 1st, 2008 a new way to win Teets will be introduced to the masses.
For all those who feel they have no luck when it comes to winning Teets on rolls, or earning enough points
to jump to the top of the leaderboard, now all you have to do is roll.

Teets shall be awarded to members who take part in a certain amount of rolls per month.
The statistics will include both the daily dice rolls and Teet Hours.
The break down is as follows:

100% Participation without auto roll badge = 7 Teets
100% Participation with auto roll badge = 3 Teets
70% - 99% Participation without auto roll badge = 4 Teets
70% - 99% of rolls with auto roll badge = 2 Teets

For example, if there were 300 games in August and you participated in 230 of those games,
that is 70% of all rolls, so you will be rewarded with 4 Teets. If you had an “auto roll badge” during August,
you would receive 2 Teets.

If you have purchased the “auto roll badge” for your account at any point during a given month, you
will be placed in the auto roll category and will be awarded Teets accordingly.
The Teet Hour rolls are counted in the final percentage so make sure to log on and participate.

We will also add ability to track your current status. Total games this month, your played games and
your % of played games from total in your profile, so you don’t have to ask.

This is regarding “Bot” and Multiple Account activity on teet.net…

From this moment on, the winner of any Dice Roll will be required to contact Teet or one of the Moderators, within 10 MINUTES, in the LuckyChat, using the REPLY Arrow to confirm their presence for the win.

If for some reason Teet or a Moderator is not present in the LuckyChat at that moment, then they should send a feedback, within 10 MINUTES of Winning, just confirming their presence for the win.

A Simple “Thank You!” will be adequate.

If the Winner of a Roll DOES NOT contact Teet or one of the Moderators within 10 MINUTES, they will forfeit the prize, and it will be awarded to the 2nd place roller.

Every multiple account owner will also lose their right for the prize, and prize will be for 2nd place.

In the case of multiple accounts, this is only in effect IF they do not have prior approval from Teet Himself.

For those users who have the “AutoRoll” Badge, they will have already proven that they are not a “Bot” and will be OK.

This new rule is going to be amended to the “Terms Of Use” as well.

Администрация сайта teet.net начинает беспрецедентную акцию по борьбе с ботоводами и регистраторами множественных учетных записей.

Отныне, все победители, занявшие первое место в ролле, должны связаться с Teet-ом или одним из модераторов в течении 10 минут с момента выигрыша, используя для этого общий чат. Для подтверждения факта своего присутствия необходимо написать что-то лично модераторам или Титу, используя стрелку справа от сообщения.

Если по какой-либо причине, представители “власти” отсутствуют в общем чате, то вы можете подтвержить ваше присутствие используя ссылку Feedback внизу окна.

Фраза может быть любой, достаточно написать хотя бы “привет”.

В случае невыполнения данного правила, победитель дисквалифицируется, и приз передается участнику, занявшему 2 место.

Кстати, если будет обнаружено что победитель ролла является владельцем более одного аккаунта, он дисквалифицируется и приз достается серебряному призеру.

Естественно, предыдущее правило не касается мультиаккаунтов заведенных с личного разрешения Teet-а (вы можете иметь второй аккаунт для кого-то из родственников, предварительно уведомив Teet-а и получив его согласие).

Вышеприведенное требование не касается пользователей с бейджами авторолла, так как они гарантированно не являются ботами.

Let me give you a sneak preview of upcoming purchasable badge upgrades.

Autoroll: Will roll for you even you are afk or sleeping. A must for everyone, so you can have a healthy sleep and such. (don’t forget it’s not auto guess, so for max points you will still need to get back to site from time to time). But it also fixes “I didn’t see a roll button bug”, since you will not need to press any buttons.

Phantom Help x2/x3: This is a very nice badge. Each time you will be rolling for a prize, it will add a phantom that will roll with you and you will get total amount for your and phantom result. e.g. You buy Phantom x2. Then you roll, and there will be *nickname* and *nickname_x2*. So you can be both 7th and 43rd in the same roll. And will get total points too.

Treasure Hunter: Very simple. It will add 33% of value to any prize you will win. If you won 100 teets, you will get 133.

Points Hunter: Same thing for any points you get, but it’s 20%. Even if you are not 1st, you will get additional points. e.g. You won 10 points, means you will get 12.

Titans Help: Mighty mammoth will help you beating those, who rolled same amount as you. E.g. If you roll 53, and there are 3 more people with same 53 roll, you will be in front of them, granting you many points, or maybe even a big prize, if you had a tie for 1st place roll.

Faith +1/2/3: Easy. You will get 1/2/3 bonus to each of your rolls for 30 days. If you have +3 and you roll 43, it will be counted as if your roll was 46.

Авторолл: Будет автоматически нажимать за вас кнопку ролла, даже если вы далеко от компьютера, или вообще спите. Просто необходимая для всех вещица, которая позволит наконец-то как следует выспаться К тому же это - надежная защита в случаях когда “ой, у меня кнопка не появилась” или “блин, только что завис компьютер”. Только помните, что автоматически выставлять время срабатывания таймера за вас никто не будет. Так что придется заходить самому (если конечно вы хотите побольше поинтов).

Призрачная помощь x2/x3: Каждый раз, когда вы роллите за приз, материализуется фантом (или даже два), который будет роллить с вами одновременно. И в итоге, вы получите столько призовых баллов, сколько заработает вся ваша “команда”. Например, если вы возьмете “двойную” помощь, то в ролле будут участвовать ваш_псевдоним и ваш_псевдоним_х2 (первый - вы сами, второй - фантом). А все поинты суммарно достанутся вам.

Охотник за сокровищами: Очень просто. Этот беджик на треть увеличит ращмер вашего приза. То есть, если вы выиграли 100 титсов, с этим бейджиком, вы получите 133.

Охотник за поинтами: Похож на предыдущий бейджик, но работает для поинтов, увеличивая их количество на 20%. Даже если вы не первый, вы получите значительный прирост в получаемых поинтах.

Помощь титанов: Этот могучий мамонт поможет вам победить всех, кто выбросил на кубиках столько же очков, сколько и вы. Например, если вы зароллили на 53, и кроме вас столько же набрали еще 3 человека, вы будете первым из них. Это поможет вам заработать побольше поинтов, а может даже и получить приз. если вдруг спорная ситуация возникнет вокруг первого места.

Вера +1/2/3: Очень просто. Вы получите бонус в 1/2/3 очка при каждом ролле на протяжении 30 дней. То есть если у вас бейджик “Вера +3″ и вы выбросили 47 очков, будет считаться что ваш результат 50 очков. Учтите, что у вас может быть только один бейджик из данной группы.
